Chestnut Tree House this Christmas

This year in the build up to all things festive Juntos would like to share a little happiness and is raising money in aid of Chestnut Tree House to provide families with some joy this Christmas.

Every donation this year will help towards the cost of days out and activities for children and young people with progressive life-shortening conditions providing support and medical equipment so they have the opportunity to make precious memories with their families including a trip to the cinema, Bowling Alley, Out of Bounds, Bluebell Railway, Drusilla's Zoo and Fishers Farm.

As a Midwife, mother and friend I have witnessed the valuable care and support Chestnut Tree House provides offering both practical and emotional support for children, young people and their families through illness and bereavement.

Even the smallest donation could help make a big memory this Christmas.
