I’m running the Chester 10k event on the 8th March to raise money for The Fire Fighters Charity. I'd like to aim for 45:00m or better and I would love to beat my fundraising effort from last year that came to £285. Any donation, large or small, will help make an impact and give me some good inspiration during the freezing cold training runs in January and February.
