Cheeky Fest is Not Just Another Festival; it's a social impact movement. We connect in person through the arts to help people with mental health challenges and those struggling with unemployment / to find & get paid fairly for the work they love to do.

We find our voices, express ourselves, discover how we coexist with society, manage our mental health, challenge stigma, foster empathy share experiences & listen to each other's stories, build friendships, and develop & apply skills.

I was born to help people express themselves, communicate & connect with others. My purpose is to help you through music and the arts, to be part of a community, to manage / improve your mental health, to earn a living doing what YOU were born to do.

For this to be the best experience for you - somewhere where you actually want to be, share, engage and connect with others, everyone needs to help curate and grow it. If a visual artist wants it to be for them, they can help by inviting more visual artists and/or past clients. Let's introduce each other to more people, unlock valuable collaborations, and develop fresh ideas and practices.

The money from ticket sales for Cheeky Fest 2 (April '25) went to the venue (15%), the 9 performers (8.5% each) and myself (8.5%). Without all of you, Cheeky Fest wouldn't happen.

I organised the inaugural Cheeky Fest in August 2024. We raised almost 900UKP for Nordoff & Robbins - the UK's leading music therapy charity - through ticket sales and crowdfunding.

Cheeky Fest isn't a registered Company. Yet. I'd love to set up / register as a CIC (Community Interest Company) - somewhere between / combining elements of a Charity and a Ltd company - with profits invested back into the company. I also love the Coop idea - where members shape the future of the company. CIC & Co-op require a minimum number of Members. Would you want to Join?

Different company legal / financial structures may be eligible for different grants / funding from bodies such as Arts Council England.
