Charlie's run for Violet-Grace

The 24 March 2022 marks the 5th anniversary of the tragic event on Prescot Road that would take the life of our beloved Violet the following day, at just 4 years old. Violet had spent the afternoon happily playing with her cousin Charlie, before being struck at 83mph by a stolen car. On Thursday 24 March, in loving memory of his cherished cousin, Charlie will run 4 miles (for each precious year of Violet's life) to raise awareness of the dangers of speeding and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in children. Charlie’s route will take him along Prescot Road, past De La Salle School, then on to St Julie RC primary School, where Violet was due to start in the September of her passing.

Charlie would love to raise money for two charities close to his heart; Violet Grace’s Gift and the Isabella Rose Foundation.
