Missions Fundraiser (Charlie - Team 9-2025)

Hello, this is my husband Charlie, a nurse anesthesia resident, who is raising funds to go on a medical missions trip to Kenya with Kenya Relief, a faith-based non-profit organization. He will be traveling to Migori, Kenya with a medical surgical team that will provide surgical and anesthetic services where affordable health care is limited.

I encouraged him to go on this amazing opportunity because from personal experience on a past medical missions trip, I know how life-changing it can be to use your career and medical skills for God's purpose. It is an experience that I deeply treasure which I wanted Charlie to share as well.

He will be gone for 10 days, leaving on April 30th—coincidentally, the day both our fourth child turns 1 and our third child turns 4 years old. I know, I know—what a family man! But all joking aside, we want to use this opportunity to teach our children about the lasting impact and joy of missions. Our hope is to instill this passion in their hearts so that one day we can go on mission trips together as a family.
