Charles (Chuck) Fitzpatrick

Hello, if you know me, you would know I would not be asking for donations unless it was completely necessary. We are bringing home my brother-in-law Chuck Fitzpatrick on Palliative Care/Hospice. He will need 24/7 care and Rose and I, due to our work schedule, will need to have home health aides help Chuck. Unfortunately, this cost is not covered by medical insurance.

Chuck has not had the easiest road for the past several years. He retired after working for the State of Pennsylvania for over 20 yrs and suffered a life-altering accident shortly after retiring. Most recently he has suffered from multiple strokes and his prognosis is poor. Our family wants to have him in our home so he can be surrounded by everyone that loves him. If you know Chuck, you know that he always has a smile on his face. We want to make sure the rest of his days are filled with smiles.

Chuck passed away on July 17th surrounded by his family, he was with us for 6 months and enjoyed everyone that came and celebrated his life with him. God bless all his caregivers that did such a wonderful job. And God Bless all of you that were so generous. Thank you all so much.
