Social media has been very good to me. It’s brought me opportunities I never imagined and helped to connect me with great friends across the globe.

I love to see it used for good, which is why I’ve created this fundraiser for the Be Loud! Sophie Foundation in Chapel Hill, NC. The foundation -which supports adolescent and young adult cancer patients and their families within the UNC Hospital system - is named in honor of 15-year-old Sophie Steiner who died of cancer in 2013.

If you’re willing to pitch in a few dollars I’d be most grateful. All funds generated will be transferred directly from GoFundMe to Be Loud! Sophie. I won’t ever touch a penny.
