Charity Run for Lewisham Islamic Centre

Hi,

My name is Samir Khattab, and I am fundraising for the development of the NEW Lewisham Islamic Centre.

I will be running the Hackney Half-Marathon on the 19th May 2024 with all proceeds going directly to #Lewisham Islamic Centre.

This current and hard-working building is in much need of development to meet the needs and support of OUR communities.

This Mosque is more than a place of worship. The whole community (far and wide) has benefited from bereavement counselling, marriage mediation, seeking knowledge, advice & guidance, and hosting additional activities over the years.

I have a personal connection with this place and would be so grateful if you could help me reach my target. This Mosque has supported individuals all over the country and has never limited its resources to domestic residents only.

This will be a fountain of support for the coming years, which will benefit #youth to the elders.
