Fundraiser Mat Pilates for Limerick Suicide Watch

This June Bank Holiday weekend join Leah virtually for a restorative mat class with a difference in support of Limerick Suicide Watch.
 
Access to class is free of charge, and instead we'd ask that you make a donation to raise funds for Limerick Suicide Watch - a charity that does incredibly important work right on our studio's doorstep along the bridges of the Shannon here in Limerick. The group’s main focus is to keep eyes on the river, and identify and provide support to those in distress and who may be contemplating suicide.
 
In these challenging, uncertain, surreal times, our mental health is never more paramount, and we'd like to do our part to support our community and the essential efforts that the volunteers of Limerick Suicide Watch regularly undertake.

Any amount will help, so donate what you can. And even if you're not able to attend our virtual mat class, we'd be grateful if you'd like to donate. 
 
Class itself will focus on breath work, on creating calm, and on getting our bodies moving with less effort and more ease.
