Charity Marathon - Civil Rights (Education Fund)

My name is Gina Barbato, and I’m raising money for The Leadership Conference Education Fund. I would greatly appreciate your donation to my charity marathon to support this cause. I'll be running the marathon (my first ever) in Madison, CT this Fourth of July on a course mapped out by my family.
As the education and research arm of The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, the Education Fund builds public will for laws and policies that promote the civil and human rights of every person in the United States. They call for a just, inclusive, and fair democracy, and focus on issues that include voting rights, educational equity, and justice reform.
The Education Fund's mission is "Build an America as good as its ideals" and I'd like us to help them do just that. I look forward to sharing my run with you then. Let's do better and take action, together.
