The Nirbhau Foundation works to raise awareness, understanding and improve support, and access to support for anyone affected by baby loss at any stage of pregnancy, miscarriage, stillbirth, termination for medical reasons and neonatal death. Our aim is to aid in the healing journey through memory boxes to allow parents to honour and cherish their baby’s life with dignity.

The Challenge

The TNF team alongside some amazing people will be climbing England's highest and most prominent mountain - Scafell Pike, which is in the Lake District region of Cumbria. It has a total elevation of 978 metres (3,209 ft) above sea level. What makes this challenge even more special will be, the team will summit this mountain TWICE in one day! Training is well underway and so is our fundraising campaign so please donate generously.

We are raising money for The Nirbhau Foundation to help those who have suffered from baby loss.

Given the statistic that approximately 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage, generally before 28 weeks and that 2.6 million babies are stillborn, half of whom unfortunately don’t survive during childbirth.

The money raised will make a huge difference to bereaved families by providing free memory boxes to create lasting memories of their lost loved one.
