Wake Up Everybody – Can’t Do It Alone!
I am blessed and honored to be selected as the Chapel Hill-Carrboro NAACP 2021 Woman of the Year.
Help! My responsibility is to now lead our branch, supporters, and friends in a fundraising effort and competition to support the North Carolina NAACP. In particular, I think we must press ahead with urgency to bring attention to justice matters in education, healthcare, and voting rights.
With your help, we can win!
We win by creating awareness and addressing inequities through policy change and mobilization. This very critical work requires financial support.
Thank you for believing in me. My goal is to raise $15,000 and you know that EVERY dollar counts.
Note: All donations over $50 placed here or on the Chapel Hill-Carrboro NAACP website will receive a special thank you gift recognizing your support.
Here are some tidbits about me, if we haven’t met yet. (My personal website has more details.)
