Hi My Name is Shane Debono, Myself and My Family are Wanting to raise money for a family member who is doing it hard the Rees Side of the Family Are Carriers of the Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a severe genetic disorder characterized by progressive muscle degeneration and weakness, primarily affecting the boys My Cousin Chantelle and Her Partner Jordan have 3 kids and another one on the the way but the 2 of the Boys they suffer Duchenne muscular dystrophy and will both be in wheel chairs so. We are wanting to raise money so that we can Give her the Van and rego so she will be able to get all 4 kids in van and not having to catch taxis etc So please I ask you as small amount whatever you can give to help go towards helping the kids to appointments and make life Easier for the Family We appreciate your help
