Change the lives of young individuals through football

Read our story. Read our vision.

For over 20 years NPV has been using football, community events, mentoring support and positive mentor relationships with young people who otherwise are hidden and often deemed to be hard to reach and engaged.
The young people live in an environment and amongst cultures where there is a continuous high risk of them being groomed into gang activity, physical, emotional and sexual abuse or violent and anti-social behaviour.

NPV are able to tap into their youth, energy and enthusiasm and provide diversionary activities that give them an environment that is safe, and productive and steers them into positive futures, taking their families with them.

NPV’s strapline is “learning through football’, utilizing football as a diversionary tool to improve young people’s lives and instill positive character qualities to help them reach their full potential. Unfortunately, a high proportion of the young people we engage arrive to us from often challenging backgrounds/circumstances which are further compounded by weak functional skills, poor education and overall low general life prospects.

Each year NPV supports over 1,000 young people from ages 4 to 25 through a number of programmes ranging from Sports Coaching to boys and girls football development, Summer Camp and our School of Excellence in partnership with Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
We have recently been awarded a lease to take over 6.5 acres of land in Wolverhampton and will be basing our activities there, building stronger links with the community and at last having a home from which to operate.

We have big plans for this site, including a quality FA standard football pitch, 3G pitches for training and an indoor space for meetings, indoor learning and community activities.
At this stage, we need your help with producing architectural plans, ground maintenance and storage for our equipment to initiate our ultimate dream of building a community stadium with FA level facilities for all.
