Tom Hoskins runs Chance is change- the life coach. he works extremely hard for so many young people and their family helping them over come mental health and other issues. he has helped me personally and made me a better person. i would not be where i am with out him and i know so many other young people feel the same. Unfortunately the life coach a mental health bus got broken into. Tom does so much for hundreds of people in Gloucestershire so why not give back to him?
