Right now, demand is growing and the impact inside the coach is powerful. We are raising funds to help Tom add a bigger, safer, more reliable coach so even more young people can get the support they need, while still keeping and using the first Life Coach that so many children already know and trust. If 500 people donate just £10, we can make this happen and end 2026 with a brand new Life Coach on the road, creating a brighter future for our children. ⸻ The Full Story The Life Coach is a moving mental health space that travels across Gloucestershire offering children and young people a calm, welcoming place to talk, reset, and feel heard. Inside the coach, emotional coaching, mentoring, and real human connection help young people build confidence, resilience, and healthier coping strategies. Behind the project is Tom, just a normal guy, one of us. He might be a bit of a prat at times, but what he does for our community, and most importantly for our children, is truly invaluable. He shows up consistently, listens without judgement, and puts young people first, even when the pressure is on. The first Life Coach continues to support young people every single day. Its impact has been huge and it will remain part of what we do. The break in at the end of 2025 caused real stress and disruption, but the work never stopped, because giving up was never an option. Now we want to do more than just survive, we want to grow. The Vision for 2026 We are fundraising to help Tom buy a bigger and better Life Coach, one that can meet growing demand and provide a safe, comfortable, professional space for children and young people. The coach we are aiming to secure is a Volvo B12M manual in excellent condition, featuring • 46 reclining seats with seatbelts and picnic tables • Toilet and dining facilities • Custom seating • Fully operational air conditioning • Front to rear internal heating and cooling • Two fully working electric sunroofs • Excellent underfloor storage with no rust or rot • Regular six week checks and local school use until recently This is not about luxury, it is about sustainability, safety, and dignity, and making sure the space matches the importance of the work being done inside it.
