Challenge the City Council decision in court

Dear neighbors!

I am a member of the association  called
Clayton for Responsible Development.

The  Petition for writ of mandate was filed this week.


Our attorney specializes in CA
Environmental Quality Act litigation,
and successfully represented many
neighborhoods and citizens in the
disputes with the cities in California.

We are living in the unprecedented times and it seems that the COVID-19 pandemic
has overshadowed everything.

But the fight for the future of our city
must continue.  

NO donation is too small.  Every dollar

Let the judge decide if the city really
complied  with the state law.

The choice is ours:

To fight the city council decision in court

let this monstrosity to destroy our small
rural town.
