For 14 years, Kenny Rynkewicz, our maintenance supervisor, has been indispensable to the Chalfonte community, efficiently overseeing property maintenance and home repairs, while bringing joy to those around him with his friendly personality and wit. Despite the Board's decision to transition our staff to Castle employment, Kenny continues to be a beloved member of our Chalfonte family.

In the face of personal tragedy a few years ago, Kenny showed remarkable resilience at work, with the support of his loved ones and the extended Chalfonte network. Now, as he battles another significant challenge with his declining health, it’s clear that he needs our support more than ever.

Recognising Kenny’s contributions and the gravity of his situation, a group of concerned owners united to offer our help to him and his family. Our aim is not just to extend well wishes and prayers, but to provide practical assistance by offering financial support to ease the burden of mounting medical expenses and loss of income during this difficult time.
