Dear Friends and Family,

Please join us in supporting Michelle Kampbell on the sudden and tragic passing of her husband and Brigette's dad, Chad Kampbell.

On Friday, July 11th at 5:30pm Chad was traveling home from work for a dinner out with his daughter, sister, and niece. Tragically, he was struck head on while traveling on Highway 126 near Piru, CA.

Chad's impact on our community and the lives of everyone he stepped up to help across his career and many years as a civic activist can't be understated, but we can show our love and support by ensuring that his family are well cared for in their time of need.

As long-time friends of Chad and Michelle, we (Christy Smith, Chris & Connie Werthe, Andrew Taban & Brandon Zavala, have started this fundraiser to ensure the Kampbell family's needs are met. Your contributions to this fundraiser will be disbursed to Michelle to cover any unmet funeral costs, the costs of Chad's Celebration of Life, and legal expenses the family will have as they navigate this tragedy .
