Porto Alegre, the capital city of Brazil’s most southern state of Rio Grande do Sul, is home for more than 10,000 Yidden. Over the past forty years, Beit Lubavitch has touched the Jewish lives of thousands of local families and individuals.
To meet the growing and unique needs of the community, we are joining the forces and broadening the peulos, to reach all ages and walks of life. From weekly classes for the young professional to monthly programs for teens, Shabbos meals to holiday events, there are so many areas to improve Jewish Lives.
Having grown up on Shlichus, we feel compelled and empowered with the mission the Rebbe Melech HaMoshiach gave us, to do all we can to be ready to greet Moshiach Tzidkeinu. A mission that encompasses the greater task of making Yiddishkeit accessible, spreading chassidus, and heightening awareness of the unique time in which we live, Yemos HaMoshiach!
