Hi, my name is Keishla Jiménez, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my family and our loved one, Michael, a kind, humble, and loving young man who has been away from his family for the past four years.

Michael is 26 years old today. He graduated high school with honors, loved going to the gym, and was passionate about gaming on his PlayStation. He’s always dreamed of a bright future—starting his own family, serving in the Army, and one day visiting Times Square in New York City.

He lived for several years with his grandmother in Puerto Rico, who meant the world to him. When he moved back to the city, it was with hope and a clear goal: to work hard, find direction, and follow his dream of joining the military. But life took a turn, and he’s been facing deep challenges ever since. To make things even harder, he lost his grandmother while away—without being able to say goodbye.

Why We’re Asking for Help

Michael comes from a low-income family. He has no financial support, and for the past four years, he’s had to face everything without the resources most people take for granted.

Now, we need your help to raise $30,000 to get him the legal assistance and life stability he so urgently needs. We are doing everything we can to bring him back home—to give him a real chance at a better life, with hope and dignity.

He’s not just someone we love—he’s a young man who still believes in his future, despite everything. His heart is big, his spirit is gentle, and his dreams are still alive.
