Hola,desafortunadamente mi  esposo fue detenido por el ICE (Servicio de Inmigración y Control de Aduanas) el día 12/11/25 al rededor de las 6pm en oxnard ca.cuando regresaba a casa con su familia. Le dijeron que eran policía y supuestamente lo habían parado por las luces del auto y después se lo entregaron a los agentes de Ice.Ahora lo tienen encerrado en un área fría y sin comida.

Es un esposo trabajador,responsable,cariñoso, y un padre ejemplar para nuestros dos hijos, quienes se quedaron conmigo. Mis hijos y yo dependemos de él a diario.Estoy destrozada con esta noticia, no sé cómo explicarles a mis hijos por qué ellos a cada rato me preguntan a qué horas llegará su papi y por qué se está tardando mucho en el trabajo hoy.

No tiene antecedentes penales y siempre ha trabajado arduamente para mantener a nuestra familia. Su repentina detención nos ha causado dificultades emocionales y económicas, y nuestros hijos están sufriendo por la separación de su padre.

Hello, unfortunately, My husband was detained by ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) while returning home to his family. He was told they were police officers and that he had supposedly been stopped for a traffic violation, and then they handed him over to ICE agents. Now he is being held in a cold area without food.

He is a hardworking, responsible, and loving husband and an exemplary father to our two children, who are now with me. My children and I depend on him every day. I am devastated by this news, and I don't know how to explain to my children why they keep asking me when their daddy will be home and why he's taking so long at work today.

He has no criminal record and has always worked hard to support our family. His unjust detention has caused us emotional and financial hardship, and our children are suffering from the separation from their father.
