My Dublin Marathon Run for Walk and Talk, Jobstown
Donation protected
My name is Sinead Murphy. On the 29th of October, I will be running The Dublin City Marathon to help raise funds for Walk and Talk Jobstown. This is a community group promoting positive mental health. We meet at 7am every Saturday at Jobstown garage. People are invited to pay 10€ per adult, 5€ Per child. For this small fee you receive water, cookies, sandwiches and a bus takes you to a different location every week for a Walk and Talk hike. Maybe you want to escape the kids, the hubbie, wife, the dog, cat whatever it may be, take time for yourself, get out into nature, meet new people, go different places, have some belly laughs, banter, muck and get lost This group is an excellent way to promote positive Mental Health for everyone. It's needed so much in the community. As this group receives no government funding it relies solely on funds raised to keep the costs down each week and Make it accessible to everyone including those who maybe on low incomes. We all need to look after our mental health, please support this local group and help make a difference in the lives of many. All donations greatly appreciated no matter how small. Thanks alot,
Sinead
