CFNA Fund Raiser

My family was put in jail, but we were able to escape. I was born in a refugee camp and lived there with my family for a year before my father Tsaro Member-Meneh sent me, my mother and my siblings to the United States. Nine months passed before he was able to join us. My mother was only 24 years old at the time with only two years of high school education. We had nothing and knew no English. By the grace of God, we found a local church called Messiah Lutheran (ring a bell ) that not only served our spiritual needs but also provided us with housing, clothing and an opportunity to go to a good school through scholarships funded by Christian Friends of New Americans. The church and your organization became our family, and after receiving you all’s love and kindness I encountered living proof that God exists and is faithful.Fast forward 25 years and I am Lezoghia Member-Meneh and my brother Nadum Member-Meneh are the Founder of MembersOnlee. MembersOnlee is a start-up organization that aims to empower companies and individuals to reach their highest potential through marketing! Promoting yourself isn't always the easiest so we bring exposure to upcoming talent we discover through our social media networks. None of this would have been possible without the help of your organization! In honor of our birthdays this month, my brother Nadum Member-Meneh and I have a goal of raising $6,000 by August 29th for CFNA to help other refugees and immigrants jumpstart and achieve their dreams.
