Chagrin Falls Christmas Lighting

For many years, the generous residents of the Chagrin Valley have financially supported the annual Lighting of the Greens, a traditional Christmas lighting display in the heart of downtown Chagrin Falls. Residents, friends, and business owners alike contribute to ensure our historic village shows off its charm during the holiday season.

For decades, the Chagrin Valley Jaycees have provided the manpower to set up the lights, garland, and trees and take them down after the holidays. Within the past few years, the Chagrin Valley Jaycee Charitable Foundation (a registered 501(c)(3) organization) has led the fundraising efforts to pay for the displays. We have been successful in keeping our costs as low as possible through in-kind donations and discounts from vendors, but it does cost a sizable amount of money to put up the display. Over time, strands of lights need to be replaced, bulbs changed, and of course new garland and trees acquired each season. We are soliciting donations to help offset the expense of the Lighting of the Greens.

All donations received from this fundraising campaign will go directly toward the purchase of trees, garland, ribbon, and lights to be used throughout the village of Chagrin Falls during the holiday season.
