Volunteering in Tanzania, Africa

Hello, My name is Emily, I am 15 years old. I have been given the opportunity of a life time to go on a trip to Tanzania in Africa in 2025.

I will be spending 4 weeks supporting the local community and assisting with conservation projects. Some of the duties will include building schools, fixing homes, working with livestock and the local wildlife and supporting local farming projects.

This opportunity is important to me because I will be helping make a difference to people and communities and learn important life lessons and skills for my future.

The total cost of the trip is £4410 I have a fundraising plan along side this go fund me page and will be applying for a part time job as soon as I turn 15. It's important that I try and raise the funds myself to give me a sense of achievement and and develop my independence.

As a thank you for any donations over £50 I will send a postcard from Tanzania. For donations over £100 I will send weekly updates with photos and a small souvenir.
