Centennial Garden at Historic Willowbranch Park

Donation protected
Although this effort is being spearheaded by Plant Parenthood and The AIDS Memorial Project of Northeast Florida, anyone can contribute and volunteer for this effort, and we welcome you to share this fundraiser with plant and park lovers everywhere!

Even if you can't donate today, please click one of the share buttons on this page and share across your Social Media platforms. We need more exposure to make this effort a success!

Plant Parenthood of Jacksonville (a Facebook community affinity group) was recently invited to join with Richard Ceriello and The AIDS Memorial Project of Northeast Florida (AMP) to build a garden in Willow Branch Park. AMP has procured a landscape architect, Scott Dowman, whose design here depicts a lush garden of multi-textural and regionally appropriate foliage.

As these efforts will coincide with the celebration of 100 years since Willow Branch Park's dedication, we are calling the project The Willow Branch Centennial Garden.

This fund is set up to collect money from individuals who may be interested in participating in or contributing to this worthy effort for the purchase of plants for The Willow Branch Centennial Garden. Upon reaching our financial goal, we will also be looking for volunteers to transport and install plants in the garden, enjoy the day or days and each others company, and if funds allow, have a picnic to celebrate our work enriching our community.

We hope to have many of you join us in any way you can to make this public garden project a success.
