Celia Kelly, our beloved friend, neighbor, teacher, and cyclist buddy needs the help of her friends. Celia had her purse and her car with her bike and her bike gear in it, stolen from her on Sunday. Insurance will assist with the car but does not cover personal items such as her bike or any of the gear.
