Celia Barquin Arozamena was an incredible athlete and an even more beautiful soul. She came to Iowa State University at the young age of 18, one month after classes had started and fresh off of a golf tournament in China.  She did not know her way around campus and spoke little English.  She persevered with the help of coach and teammates and learned her way around campus and learned to speak English in no time at all.  She was a gifted golfer, a civil engineer major and more notably a joy to everyone who knew her and a ray of sunshine wherever she went.  All those who knew her fell in love with her instantly.  There are no words to describe this feeling of loss.  Her family left her in our care and now we need to help them in this devastating time of grief.  Please donate to help her family with funeral/memorial and travel expenses.
