Hello, we are SOAR - Kensington, a new parent group committed to the belief that with the right Support, Opportunities, And Resources, all children at Kensington Hilltop Elementary School can soar. Our goal is to foster a more inclusive and equitable educational environment that celebrates differences and empowers each child to reach their full potential.

In honor of Neurodiversity Celebration Month in April, we would like to plan a first-of-its-kind community-building and awareness raising event in Kensington, California to celebrate diverse minds. We are hoping to raise enough funds to hire a few entertainers, provide light refreshments, and print educational materials in order to make this a fun, eye-opening, and empowering celebration.

Please help us begin to build a community where all children are recognized for their unique strengths and abilities. We want our children to know and believe that their ability to think differently can be a superpower.
