Cathy Jo & Kenny’s Next Adventure

For over 31 years, Cathy Jo has opened her heart and her home on Bucknell Street to generations of children and families, neighbors, and friends. For 33 years, that same house has been home to Cathy Jo and Kenny — a place filled with laughter, learning, snacks (maybe an Ew Yuk or two), hugs, first friendships, and so much love.

To say Cathy Jo and Kenny have shaped our community would be an understatement. They have nurtured our children as if they were their own, supported us as parents through every stage, and shown up day after day with patience, kindness, and unwavering care. They didn’t just run a daycare — they created a second home and became family to so many of us.

Now, after decades of giving so much to others, Cathy Jo and Kenny are preparing for their next adventure.

This GoFundMe is a way for our community to wrap our arms around them and say thank you. Contributions will help support expenses and the many costs that come with starting a new chapter — easing the transition and letting them feel the same love and support they’ve given so freely and happily over the years.
