Carson Reno Roy, 38, of Denver, CO, was the heart of our family and the only son out of five children to Anita and his late sather, Reno Roy. Carson was also a Father and devoted Uncle, and his love for his family was a defining part of his life. He was a best friend to One and many, always there for those who needed him. Carson was recently diagnosed with genetic cardiomyopathy before going into cardiac arrest, and his passing is a tragedy that has left us devastated. We truly believe a golden heart stopped beating—Carson loved so hard, his heart couldn't give any more. He was so young, his future was truly robbed. Carson was held in high regard by many and loved without limits. He never met a stranger, and his golden heart was bigger than his body. He loved the outdoors, sports, animals, fishing, riding motorcycles and dirt bikes, horseback riding, traveling, gardening, and was an all-around handyman. From painting and landscaping to installing flooring, installing windows, sandblasting, and raising animals, Carson made everyone's home, especially our mom's, look magnificent. He was always ready to help others, and when he couldn't, he found a way to make it happen. Carson adored his mom and cared for her after our dad passed away.

We are raising funds for Carson's final expenses, funeral services, burial costs, and a headstone. Carson always dreamed of having a party to celebrate life with everyone he loved, and we want to honor that wish by organizing a benefit event. The money will go toward the hall, memorial items, food and drinks, creating a collage of songs and videos, flowers, pictures, music, decorations for the services, his gravesite, and the event itself. Carson deserves a proper burial and a celebration of his life that reflects the joy and love he brought to so many.

Carson contributed so much love and support to Denver, friends, family, and strangers. We hope he receives the same love in return.
