The mission of the CFF is to assure the development of the means to cure and control Cystic Fibrosis and to improve the quality of life for those living with the life-shortening, progressive genetic disease.

1. Fit for CF! - A fitness program for kids with cystic Fibrosis to build healthy active lifestyle habits.... a 2024 Impact Grant Awardee program from the CF Foundation.

2. CF Grad Squad - A go-to educational hub developed in 2025, with a compilation of 1300+ videos, helpful for high school CF kids to build college readiness and promote graduation success through core course lessons and SAT exam prep tutorials, while navigating life with CF.
