The fall semester is coming to an end, which means winter break—and our traditional staff holiday gift—is just around the corner!

This is our moment to express deep thanks to our amazing staff for all their hard work and kindness throughout the year. The chairs in the Social Sciences division (Africana Studies, Anthropology, Economics, History, Political Science, and Sociology) are once again pooling our donations and splitting the total funds evenly across all divisional staff.

For those new to the department, this practice reflects the collaborative way most of our staff work across the division, supporting multiple departments throughout the year.

We're suggesting a contribution of $20-$50 per faculty member, though any amount is welcome and deeply appreciated. Your generosity helps us show our appreciation for the people who keep our departments running smoothly. Thank you for joining us in celebrating and thanking our wonderful staff!
