This year, for my birthday, I’m asking for your support for Jelly's Place, a wonderful organization dedicated to rescuing and caring for hurt, abandoned, neglected, and abused animals in a poor and underserved area of Contra Costa County. Jelly’s Place is being forced to move their bare bones, cobbled together ramshackle facilities on a strip of land on the side of a road in San Pablo, California and need funding to build their new location on land generously donated by Exxon in nearby Richmond.
