My name is Taylor Bresk and I am a teacher at Lenora Braynon Smith Elementary School. I am organizing a community-centered event to recognize the history and celebrate the successes of our school, students, families, and staff. The goal: a day of joy and genuine connections!

Our school has been placed on the Attendance Boundary Committee (ABC) list, with recommendations to repurpose Lenora Braynon Smith Elementary and establish a K-8 center at Georgia Jones-Ayers Middle School. More than ever, it is important to emphasize that the strong character and growth within our school building extends beyond its walls. No matter where we are, the Gator Pride comes through!

With limitations to acquiring funds through our school community, I am asking for donations to purchase decorations, food, and/or drinks to create a quality event. Even if you believe it is “not enough”, please share what you are able to contribute. The involvement of community is integral to the purpose of this event!
