Celebrate 6 Years with Hudson Valley Boards & Brews!

Let's help the HVBB organizers cover the costs of running our wonderful club as we celebrate our 6th Anniversary at the Bowdoin Park Maple Knoll Lodge!

Here are the 2025 costs that the organizers, Laura and Tarek, have covered:

$1095 Maple Knoll Lodge rental

$125 Maple Knoll Lodge alcohol fee

$177 Maple Knoll Lodge alcohol insurance

$387.06 Meetup website annual cost

$198 Insurance for Poughkeepsie mall game events

total: $1,982.06

Update 8/22: I'm lowering the total by $300 because we've had a few donations from other sources. The adjusted goal for gofundme is now $1,682.

Last year's anniversary weekend was an incredible success! We met our club's fundraising goal and covered all the costs for 2024. Thanks to all who attended and contributed!
