We have a desperate need for $6,000 to cover a retainer and initial expenses to get D. home. Our next court date is Oct. 16...so we are in a time crunch.
I am using only D.'s initial because I am trying to comply with a restraining order. Yes, I am restrained from writing my own daughter's name....or at least I think I am...there has been no order filed.

My daughter, D. (9 years old this month) has unjustly been cut off from not only me, but also her friends for over 2 years. I have had very restricted contact, and none at all for 6 months.
D.'s friend, Shanya (9) has been impatiently waiting for Judge Sheila Calloway and Judge Phillip Robinson to follow the law and restore D's and my constitutionally-protected rights and my parenting time that was unlawfully taken from me.
Shanya and I have been working together to get other children and their families involved in an publicity campaign so that we can make the public aware of the corruption in the judcial system and to work to implement some ways to restore and maintain the integrity our court system was meant to have.
So many parents run out of money when they are dragged to court by someone who has far greater financial resources. Children deserve more rights and justice than the can pay for. Every child with two fit and loving parents deserve to be able to have access to them.
D. has not been able to see me, write me, or call me, and her pleas have fallen on deaf ears because there is no accountability for judges and lawyers who are causing her irreparable harm by depriving her of her mother's nurture.
Help us to bring D. home this month!
