CCBA - Path Repair Capital Campaign

Donation protected
CCBA has retained Tammaro Landscaping to make needed repairs to the concrete steps beyond the Kenyon Lane gate leading down to the beach. As you've likely experienced, the crumbling steps and uneven terrain make it difficult to safely traverse the path. Tammaro is planning to install several large granite steps with pavers in-between as well as a graded path for strollers, wagons, and bikes. This is an important project to ensure accessibility for all beach goers, as well as provide a safer pathway for emergency access. This work will not begin until fall 2022 at the earliest.

The CCBA board is very excited to see this project come to life but we need your help! The path renovation project can only happen if CCBA can raise $16,000 by the end of the summer to cover the expenses. Keeping annual dues low means that CCBA membership is accessible to all, but also that the association doesn't have a large reserve for capital improvements.
