Unfortunate circumstances

Hi I'm Nicole if you don't know me. Unfortunately in the past week my life has been turned upside down due to one person's mistake it has caused a ripple effect affecting alot of people. I am put in a situation where I am forced to move out of my place. I have until August 31st to find somewhere for my kids and I to live. As I may have something lined up at the same time my only vehicle has encountered ALOT of issues and is currently in the shop. I am extremely hard working raising 2 kids. I have two jobs and go to school and the amount it's going to cost to pay for my car is 4,500$ as I need it safe for my kids and I. As well as needing to come up with a security deposit and first months rent and still be able to buy school supplies and school clothes for my kids all within the next month. I do my absolute best and it is extremely hard for me to be publicly asking for help but I am desperate and don't know what to do. If you aren't able to help I would appreciate at least a share because I am so stressed on all this money I need to come up with for a home and to have our vehicle. Attached is the letter I received as well from the people my landlord sold our building to. I am just a single mom trying to do the best I can and right now I just am please asking for any help that anyone is willing to do. I am grateful and appreciate anyone's advice or help.
