A tour for men’s mental health, surfing, connection & rebirth commencing on Thursday the 4th of December to celebrate my 44th birthday on the 7th. 

A chance to really strip back some layers and continue to deep inner work I’m doing. 

For the last 3 years of sobriety I’ve been rebuilding my life from the inside out. Self worth, purpose, acceptance, surrender, community, breathwork, pilates, attempting to surf, boundaries, healing and learning to trust the universe.

Since moving to beautiful Queenscliff just over a year ago, I’ve met people from all walks of life on the Northern Beaches who, without even realising it have helped me heal.

I’ve made genuine connections just by simply making someone a coffee and having an honest chat and showing up without judgement. Those simple moments with everyday people have played a massive part in my healing. A community that held me in ways I never expected.

This pilgrimage is my way of honouring those connections.

I’m taking a solo 7 day journey from Queenscliff to Byron Bay, visiting the people who have inspired me, supported me or crossed my path in meaningful ways. Not to take but to give back. I’m borrowing the van of one of my beautiful clients for this journey with the dream to one day have my own GOG van so I can take these tours across Australia and eventually the world.

On this journey I’ll be offering:

Where Your Support Goes (50/50 Vision)

To honour the heart and purpose behind this journey:

50% of all funds will be donated directly to Movember.

Men’s mental health is the foundation of this pilgrimage. Movember has been close to my heart for years and donating half of everything raised is my way of giving back to a cause that’s saved countless lives including my very own.

The other 50% will help bring my dream and brand to life.

Why I’m Doing This

Because it’s not weak to speak.

Because men need spaces where they can breathe, move, open up and be seen.

Because connection is medicine.

Because I’m alive, sober, grounded and grateful and I want to give that energy back.

Because the universe has placed the right people in my path and this is my way of honouring that.

I’ll be documenting the journey with honesty, humour, emotion and heart. The real moments. Not for ego but to show others that healing is real and available.

This pilgrimage is the first step toward a movement that I believe will touch lives.
