Please Help me bring my Daughter home .

its taken every fibre of my being to swallow my pride and bring something so personal to a space like this . As a man your supposed to deal with your problems yourself , unfortunately due to severe & rare circumstances of the situation and me exhausting every option I can already here I am .

Khaliyah’s mother fled to St Lucia last year in August with her, in hopes to start a new life . She did this because she had ruined relationships and severed ties with her family and friends due to her ongoing erratic behaviour and refusal to adapt or try to parent Khaliyah in any way that would be beneficial to her development as a young woman . This had not been the first time her support system had tried to encourage her to do the right thing and be a mother to our daughter . I have been mentally abused berated and manipulated for the entirety of Khaliyahs life by her mother .

while out in St Lucia Khaliyah’s mother began having a public meltdown across Social media while my daughter was with her . This included a lot of things I can’t in good conscious make public for fear of my daughters wellbeing in the future and how it may impact her , but to say the least the events that transpired while she was out there with my daughter where not any situations a child especially a young female should witness and especially be subjected to by her own mother .

this culminated in Khaliyahs mother being forcibly sectioned within the country and my daughter being taken in to government sanctioned care without my knowledge . Her mother was discharged two weeks later and Began trying to get her back but due to her poor mental state , history of poor parenting and lack of communication she was denied . After causing this situation herself and feeling defeated and not taken seriously she then decided to leave our Daughter in St Lucia and return to England and leave the situation for me to rectify .

Due to the legality of the situation I have gone through all court routes within the Uk (county court and High court ) but no order can be upheld due to my Daughter being held in St Lucia and not being present in the Uk for any order to be enforceable .

I have exhausted my own money and have come to a point in where I have to ask for help . All I want is for our daughter to have the life she deserves and to be home safe with me where she can thrive and get over this ordeal her mother has put her through .

this goal is to compensate for accommodation legal fees and travel to and forward from St Lucia to bring my daughter home .

She’s know been out there for almost three months .she spent her fifth birthday in care in a foreign country due to her mother . I am a young black father fighting the social system , the courts within the Uk and St Lucia while being abused and threatened by my ex partner while dealing with the stress of this situation and I’m just trying to bring my baby home .
