Hi, I'm Daz. This year, I’m taking on a tough but meaningful challenge, running 21km for 3 days in a row, starting on World Down's Syndrome Day (21st March 2025). These numbers represent the 3rd copy of Trisomy 21, commonly known as Down’s Syndrome.

This challenge is deeply personal to me because my stepson, Jack has Down’s Syndrome and benefits greatly from the support of Causeway Down's Syndrome Support Group. My wife also finds it invaluable for connecting with other parents. The group provides communication sessions, music therapy, seasonal events, and so much more for individuals with Down’s Syndrome and their families.
