The Coronavirus pandemic has disrupted the life of every child in the country. For parents that already struggled to provide regular food for their families, things have only got harder; and for many others the restrictions brought on by Covid-19 mean new difficulties are being faced. In the current climate, more & more families are unable to budget for & provide regular meals for their families.
In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, Catch 77 Community Interest Company is supplying free food boxes to families in need. Each box contains an array of tasty, fresh ingredients and recipe suggestions for 5 daily hot meals for the whole household, plus essentials for breakfast.
Whilst we are covering the logistics, working with our local schools, organising delivery and negotiating with food suppliers, we are asking for your help to raise money. It costs us about £30 a week per family, if you want to think in terms of helping one or more families. But no matter how small, every donation will be gratefully received & the money raised will go directly towards the food packages. Sticking together in our hour of need, we can overcome the hunger that sits on our doorsteps.
