Hello everyone - 
My name is Danny Fracassi and I was born and raised in Niagara Falls, NY. When I was in Junior high, I met Casey and his brothers. Little did I know, they lived down the street from my grandfather and from that time forward a friendship developed. Casey and I became great friends and maintained that friendship up to this week when he was murdered. 

February 20, 2021, will be a day in the Frank family they will mourn for years to come. That morning, Casey and his siblings found out their father passed away. Mr. Frank was a hard-working, excellent man who many in the community knew. Later that day, Casey doing only what would be normal and heading to his twin brothers to talk and connect about the passing of their dad, would not leave that location. Casey was shot once in the chest and murdered. 

Casey didn’t always make the best decisions in life, but who does ? Regardless, he had a genuine love for people and making them laugh that would energize a room quicker than the power company. He was a genuinely caring and loving guy. Now, his siblings and his immediate family and children must figure out how to take care of funeral and burial expenses and Casey left behind two teenage children and a granddaughter that still need support.
