Hello everyone my name is Becky. Thank you for taking the time to read about something that is very important to me. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t think about how much we have and how grateful I feel to have been born here in Canada but at the same time how it doesn’t feel right that I was born into a life that automatically gave me more privileges and access to help and opportunity. I have always felt that all people on this planet are equals and everyone deserves a little help from time to time. Many of you know that over the years I have done several small projects. My latest one is in Colombia. A country that I felt connected to from the first time I was there 7 years ago. I have started a project to build a house with two apartments to create affordable housing for two families that I will choose when the completion date is closer. This go fund me is to raise a portion of the money to get phase 1 of 3 construction underway so if we can raise more then the target amount that would be amazing!
