How It Works

Our Plan
With your support, we plan to purchase a plot of land with two houses in southern Portugal, in the village of Vila Nova de Cacela, Algarve. One house is ready to welcome guests. The second will be lovingly renovated to ensure beauty, comfort, and energy efficiency. We commit to donating 30% of all net profits generated from the rented homes to humanitarian and environmental causes, for a minimum of five years.

- 3 cozy bedrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 bathroom (plus plans to add a second)
- Private garden
- Access to a shared pool with the main house
Planned Renovations
- Full kitchen remodel and open-space layout with the living room
- Renovation of the existing bathroom
- Construction of a second bathroom
- New flooring throughout the house
- Painting of all interior doors
- New windows for better thermal and acoustic insulation
- New furniture for the entire house
- Purchase of modern, energy-efficient appliances (fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.)

To bring this project to life, our goal is to raise €950,000. This amount will cover: property purchase, renovation works, legal, fiscal, and hosting preparation costs
