Carter’s Daughter:Laney Castaneda

As many of you know, the world tragically lost a great soul this past weekend. Carter was raised in Mt. Shasta by his mom Holly and Dad Rick. Carter was also a loving big brother to his sister Maddie. I have had the pleasure of knowing the family for many years.

Carter is well known in the community for his infectious smile, sense of humor, activity in MSHS sports, love of the outdoors, strong work ethic and his ability to befriend anyone he met.

Three months ago Carter achieved his life’s greatest accomplishment when he welcomed his daughter Laney Mae into the world. The instant she was born Laney became Carter’s pride and joy. The way he looked at and cared for his sweet baby girl demonstrated pure love. A precious bond that will never be broken.

I come here today to ask for your help and prayers for Laney. Funds raised will go directly into an account set up for Laney Mae in the remembrance of her Daddy.
