2020 has been a chaotic year. The COVID-19 pandemic has plunged many families in our community into economic and educational uncertainty. With rejuvenated ambitions, we here at Driven Academics realize how paramount philanthropy like ours is to keeping members of our Bay Area community thriving. With a bigger and more experienced team, the foundation is looking to expand from our almost $20,000 raised last year to at least $25,000 ($10,000 from our golf tournament and an additional $15,000 from generous donations). This year our team is looking to donate at least four cars to the unprivileged in Silicon Valley who struggle to give their children rides to and from school, to get to work reliably, and who’s families growth and development is hindered by their lack of personal transportation. Despite the obvious changes because of the pandemic, everyone at Driven Academics is asking for your altruistic donations to make the holiday season brighter for families in need.
