Brett has been asked to participate in Cars Curing Kids, a foundation started by his surgeon at the American Family Children's Hospital down in Madison. We have done this in years past, and have had a blast. This year they have chosen to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House. We have a lot of gratitude for the Ronald McDonald house as we had to spend three weeks down there when Brett was born. To say it was a positive experience in a troubling time, would be an understatement. We owe a lot to them. This year Brett has set a goal of raising $2000 to help a charity that has helped him and his family. This is the largest goal he has thrown out at us for this event.
The overall goal of Cars Curing Kids is to raise $100,000 for the Ronald McDonald House, which will allow families to be together, in a home like setting while a loved one is healing at the American Family Children's Hospital.
